Effective 1 September 2026 · Scalewix LLC

1. Who we are

Scalewix LLC ("Scalewix", "we", "us") is an e-commerce operations company. We operate our own brand-direct marketplace business and provide Amazon account management services to authorized brands and third-party sellers inside their own Seller Central accounts.

Contact: [email protected] · +1 307 263 4400.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Website visitors and enquiries

When you use the contact form we collect the name, company, email address and message you enter. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, requested page, time) for security and troubleshooting. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.

2.2 Clients and their teams

During an engagement we hold business contact details for the people we work with (names, work email addresses, phone numbers, roles) and the documents exchanged to deliver the services.

2.3 Client Amazon account information

When a client grants us access to their Seller Central account, we work with the information visible in that account — catalog, inventory, orders, cases, advertising and performance data — only to the extent needed for the services in scope. Access is granted by the client through Seller Central user permissions and can be withdrawn by the client at any time.

3. Amazon buyer personal information

We treat buyer personal information (names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and order details of Amazon customers) as Amazon "Personally Identifiable Information" under the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy.

  • We do not export buyer personal information from Seller Central into our own systems, spreadsheets or messaging tools.
  • Where a task requires handling it — for example answering a Seller Support case about a specific order — the work is done inside Seller Central and the information is not retained by us.
  • We never use buyer information for marketing, profiling, resale or any purpose other than the specific task it was accessed for.

4. How we use information

  • To answer enquiries and prepare proposals.
  • To deliver the agreed services in a client's Amazon account and report on them.
  • To keep records of what our team did (activity logs) so clients can verify the work and we can review it.
  • To keep our systems secure and to comply with legal obligations and Amazon's policies for service providers.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Who can access information

Access to client information is limited to the Scalewix team members assigned to that client, through individual named accounts. Inside our operations console, access is role-based and scoped to the clients each team member works on. All sign-ins and actions are recorded in an activity log that management reviews. Access is removed the day an engagement or a team member's role ends.

6. Service providers we rely on

We use a small number of providers to run the business, each under their own security commitments: Google Workspace (email and document storage), Slack (internal team messaging — never used to store buyer personal information), and hosting providers for our website and operations console. We do not use providers that would receive Amazon buyer personal information.

7. Security

  • All connections to our website and operations console are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
  • Server access is restricted to administrators; systems receive regular software updates and backups.
  • Password requirements are enforced on our console; two-step verification is enforced on Amazon logins.
  • We maintain a documented incident response procedure: detect, contain, assess, notify affected clients — and Amazon where its policies require it — then review and correct.

8. Retention and deletion

  • Contact-form enquiries: kept for up to 24 months, then deleted unless a business relationship has started.
  • Client business records and activity logs: kept for the duration of the engagement and up to 7 years afterwards where needed for accounting, legal or dispute purposes.
  • Client Amazon account information: not copied out of Seller Central beyond the working files needed for the services; working files are deleted within 30 days of the end of an engagement, on request sooner.
  • Amazon buyer personal information: not retained (see section 3).
  • Server access logs: rotated within 90 days.

9. Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to a use of it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Residents of jurisdictions with specific privacy laws (including the EU/UK GDPR and US state privacy laws) have the rights those laws grant, and we honour them.

10. Cookies

This website sets only the technical cookie required to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. Our operations console uses a session cookie for signed-in team members. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

11. Changes

We update this policy when our practices change and show the effective date at the top. Material changes affecting clients are communicated to them directly.
