Amazon Account Management

Amazon account management,
inside your Seller Central.

Scalewix provides hands-on account management for authorized brands and third-party sellers. Working inside your Seller Central under your authorization, our team runs day-to-day operations across catalog and listings, FBA and inventory, Seller Support cases and account health, sponsored advertising, and new-marketplace launches.

We work as an extension of your team: routine marketplace tasks get done every working day, issues are found and escalated early, account information stays accurate, and you get a written log of what happened.

What you can count on

  • Business-hours coverage, Monday to Friday, in your account every working day
  • First response within one business day on anything you raise
  • Every action logged and visible to you — no guessing what was done
  • Month-to-month engagement — access granted by you, revocable at any time

Marketplaces: Amazon US, UK and EU stores. Scalewix is an independent service provider, not affiliated with Amazon.com, Inc.

What we do inside your account

Five areas of work,
done in Seller Central.

These tasks are executed in your account, not advised from outside — which is why we work with direct, role-limited access rather than reports and recommendations.

Listing & Catalog Management

Catalog · Inventory files · A+ Content

We keep your catalog accurate, complete and consistent — and fix what breaks.

  • Product listing creation and updates: titles, bullets, descriptions, attributes
  • Variation setup and parent/child maintenance
  • Image and content coordination; A+ Content support where enrolled
  • Catalog error and suppression troubleshooting
  • Inventory file and bulk update work
  • Catalog-related Seller Support cases

FBA & Inventory Operations

Shipments · Inbound · Reconciliation

Inventory flows into Amazon's fulfillment network without idle stock or stranded units.

  • FBA shipment creation, labels and carton workflows
  • Inbound coordination with your warehouse or freight partner
  • Inventory monitoring and replenishment planning support
  • Stranded and aged inventory follow-up
  • Inventory reconciliation and reimbursement case support
  • Inventory reporting

Seller Support Cases & Account Health

Cases · Notifications · Documentation

Issues are opened, followed up and closed — properly documented.

  • Account Health monitoring and policy notification follow-up
  • Seller Support case creation, follow-up and escalation tracking
  • Listing and account issue investigation with your team's input
  • Reimbursement and inventory discrepancy cases
  • Case documentation with status visible to you

Amazon Advertising Management

Sponsored Products · Brands · Display

Sponsored campaigns run to your objectives and reported plainly.

  • Campaign setup and structure across Sponsored Products, Brands and Display
  • Keyword and search-term analysis, negative targeting
  • Bid and budget management
  • Performance monitoring and periodic optimization
  • Advertising reporting against agreed objectives

Launch, Scale & Expansion

New marketplaces, opened and run

A new marketplace is opened in sequence — compliance, catalog, logistics, advertising — and then handed into the day-to-day modules above. This is the work most of our brand partners first come to us for.

  • Marketplace entry assessment and prioritization
  • Regulatory and listing compliance preparation for the target market
  • Catalog build-out and localization coordination
  • FBA setup and first inbound in the new marketplace
  • Launch advertising
  • Post-launch handover into ongoing operations

A working day

The same loop,
every business day.

Account management is not a monthly report. It is a queue that gets worked in the account, in order, with a written trail at the end of the day.

  1. 1

    Open the queue

Overnight notifications, Account Health flags and open cases, sorted by what blocks revenue.

  2. 2

    Move inventory

Shipment plans confirmed, labels built, reconciliation queued.

  3. 3

    Catalog and campaigns

Listing fixes pushed, variations grouped, bids and budgets reviewed.

  4. 4

    Close the loop

Cases followed up, the day's log written, tomorrow's plan committed.

Day log — what you see

Illustrative
  • 09:10Account Health reviewed — one policy notification acknowledged, follow-up case opened
  • 09:40Stranded inventory: 2 ASINs relisted, 1 removal order created
  • 10:30FBA shipment plan confirmed — 14 cartons, labels sent to warehouse
  • 12:15Variation family rebuilt for a suppressed child; suppression cleared
  • 14:00Sponsored Products: negatives added from search-term report, budgets rebalanced
  • 16:45Open cases followed up (3) · daily log sent · tomorrow: reimbursement reconciliation

Every action our team takes is recorded in our operations console and shared with you.

How we work

Authorized, scoped,
revocable.

Access to your account is something you grant, for the services you chose, and can withdraw at any time.

01

Account & business review

Current operations, catalog, inventory, advertising and open issues — where the account stands today.

02

Scope & authorization

A written scope. Access is granted by you through Seller Central user permissions, limited to the services in scope, and revocable at any time.

03

Ongoing operations

Agreed workflows run every working day; decisions that need you are brought to you, not made for you.

04

Monitoring & reporting

Issues, actions and results documented as they happen; periodic reviews on what to change next.

What you gain

  • Operational consistency — recurring Seller Central work handled every working day.
  • Less administrative load — your team focuses on product, brand and supply.
  • One coordination point — catalog, inventory, cases, advertising and reporting through one team.
  • Multi-marketplace capability — one team across the Amazon stores you sell in.
  • Visibility — logged actions and plain reporting; you never wonder what happened.

Expertise

Our team works Seller Central daily: catalog and flat files, FBA workflows, Seller Support cases, the Amazon Ads console, and multi-marketplace launches. We follow Amazon's documentation, marketplace requirements and Seller Central policies as part of every workflow, and we bring the same discipline to your account that we apply to the brand-direct business we run ourselves.

Recent work includes a UK launch for a US beauty brand — catalog built, compliance file completed, FBA activated, launch campaigns live — and ongoing multi-store operations across Amazon US and EU marketplaces.

Security & compliance

Your account information,
handled with care.

Scalewix maintains internal procedures to protect client account information and to restrict access to authorized personnel for the services in scope. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Access & credentials

  • Individual, named accounts for every team member — no shared logins
  • Seller Central access through your user permissions, limited to the services in scope; two-step verification enforced on Amazon logins
  • Role- and client-scoped access inside our own operations console, least privilege by default
  • Access removed the day an engagement or a team member's role ends

Account information & personal data

  • Client marketplace information is used only for the services in scope
  • Buyer personal information is not exported from Seller Central into our systems; where a workflow requires it, it is handled inside Seller Central and not retained
  • Data in transit encrypted (TLS); retention and deletion practices documented in our Privacy Policy

Incident procedures

  • Documented incident response procedure: detect, contain, assess, notify
  • Clients notified of any incident affecting their account information; Amazon notified where its policies require it
  • Post-incident review and corrective action

Systems & audit trail

  • Our operations console is served over HTTPS only; server access is restricted to administrators
  • Every sign-in and every action in the console is recorded in an activity log reviewed by management
  • Password requirements enforced; regular backups and software updates

Who it's for

  • Brand owners selling on Amazon who want the daily operations run by a team that lives in Seller Central.
  • Brands entering the US, UK or EU from abroad who need the launch done and then kept running.
  • Distributors and multi-account operators who need one reliable operations team across several stores.
